一种电容式粉末物料料位传感器的设计研究

摘要

以中电投青铜峡铝业分公司的氧化铝粉末料箱料位监测为背景，研究设计了一种能连续测量槽内物料高度变化的一种电容式传感器，比较详细地论述了此传感器的工作原理及其结构特点，实验结果显示，此传感器的测量精度能够达到2％。%With the alumina powder feed hopper level monitoring system of China Power Investment Corporation Qing Tongxia Alu -minum Company as a background , the paper studies and designs a capacitive sensor which can continuously measure the height of the material inside the hopper .It discusses in more details the working principle of this sensor and its structural characteristics .The exper-imental results show that the measurement accuracy of the sensor can reach 2%.
