超临界锅炉受热面爆管抢修工期优化

摘要

Tube bursting of boiler heating surface is one of the important causes affecting the safe and stable operation of the unit. The problems in current rush-repair of heating surface were introduced.Take the leakage repair of platen super-heater as an example,the method of supercritical boiler shut down to prevent the high temperature heating surface being oxidized was proposed,and the time and procedure for the maintenance were elaborated,which provide reference for shortening the maintenance period of heating surface.%指出锅炉受热面爆管是影响机组安全稳定运行的重要原因之一，介绍了目前受热面抢修中存在的问题。以屏式过热器泄漏抢修为例，给出了超临界锅炉防止高温受热面产生氧化皮的停炉冷却方式，阐述了具体的检修时间和步骤，对缩短受热面检修工期有一定参考价值。
