溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米α-Al_2O_3

     

摘要

Using the DMF solution of AlCl3·6H2O as raw material,Al2O3 sol was prepared in phase transition process of Al2O3 sol to gel,in which propylene oxide was added as gel-exutory.Nano α-Al2O3 powder was obtained after ageing,drying and calcining the precursor.And the influence factors of forming the gel were studied.Results showed that when the AlCl3·6H2O solution was 0.1 mol/L and the molar ratio of Al and epoxy propane was 1∶7,an elastic gel could be obtained.The sample was characterized with XRD and laser granularity.The results showed that the target product was Al2O3 powder whose size was nanometer level.%以AlCl3.6H2O的N,N-二甲基酰胺(DMF)溶液为原料,室温下通过引入环氧丙烷作为Al粒子的凝胶诱导剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出Al2O3溶胶,经过陈化、干燥、煅烧,获得纳米α-Al2O3粉体。对凝胶形成的影响因素进行了研究。结果表明,AlCl3.6H2O的DMF溶液为0.100 mol/L、Al与环氧丙烷的摩尔比为1∶7时,可得到弹性好的凝胶。对样品采用XRD和激光粒度进行表征。结果表明,最后得到的目标产物为纳米级α-Al2O3粉体。
