大庆裂解装置前冷系统节能降耗问题研究与对策

摘要

The refrigerating energy of ethylene cracking unit mainly consumes in former cold and demethanizer system. Through the a- nalysis of the old separation device of Daqing ethylene cracking process, without changing the old separation feed quantity on the prem- ise, we will optimize some of the former cold process, update the existing EC-401/d02 expander and compressor units to recycle cold quantity, and then reach the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.%乙烯裂解装置冷量主要消耗在前冷及脱甲烷塔系统。通过分析大庆乙烯装置裂解老区分离流程，在不改变老区分离进料量的前提下，对前冷部分工艺进行优化，对老区现有的EC-401／402膨胀机和压缩机机组进行更新，循环利用冷量，进而达到节能降耗的目的。
