It pointed out that credit discounting was a new method to resolve construction payments in arrears, which advantage was multi as-pects and multi channels managing and value increasing, therefore made it realized cost in time and made owner pay contractor payments. Sev-erla methods of paying construction payments in arrears were compared from the aspect of incomplete information dynamic gaming analysis be-tween owner and contractor.
