国际EPC总承包项目的设计管理研究

概述了EPC工程总承包模式的含义,阐述了工程设计在国际EPC项目建设管理中的重要地位和作用,并以国际某EPC总承包项目为例,提出了国际EPC项目总承包中的设计管理对策,力图为国际EPC项目总承包商提供有益参考。%This paper summarized the meaning of EPC general contract project mode,elaborated the important position and role of project design in the international EPC project construction management,and taking the international EPC general contract project as an example,presented the design management countermeasure of international EPC project general contract,strive to provide beneficial reference for the international EPC project general contractor.
