业主管理是大型工程建设项目管理的核心，以工程控制理论和系统管理思想等为理论基础，借鉴企业成熟的先进管理理念和作法，对大型工程建设项目集成管理问题做了深入的研究和分析，提出了大型工程建设项目业主对项目目标、组织和信息全过程、全方位和全员集成化管理的观点。%Proprietor management is the management core ot large-scale engineering construction project.
