对工程项目部外部劳务管理实施规则的探讨

In light of the external labor service management of construction enterprise engineering project department, combining with actual working experience, the paper explores the external labor service management implementation regulations from five aspects of external labor hiring, firing, contract management, checking and pricing, payment and settlement. Thus, it not only strengthens external labor management but also improves engineering quality and economic benefit.%针对施工企业工程项目部外部劳务管理进行了概述,结合实际工作经验,从外部劳务的录用、辞退、合同管理、验工计价、价款支付与结算五个方面对工程项目部外部劳务管理实施规则进行了探讨,进而加强外部劳务管理,提高工程质量和经济效益。
