客运专线预制箱梁高性能混凝土质量控制

摘要

结合宁杭客运专线湖州制梁场施工实践,总结了预制箱梁高性能混凝土的质量控制方法,从原材料、配合比、混凝土拌合、浇筑养护、温度控制等方面作了详细论述,以期解决实际问题,提高预制箱梁的质量。%Combination with the construction practice of Huzhou prefabricated beam field of Ning-Hang passenger dedicated line,this paper summarized the quality control methods of prefabricated box beam high performance concrete,made detailed discussion from raw materials,mixing ratio,concrete mixing,pouring and maintenance,temperature control and other aspects,in order to solve practical problems,improve the quality of prefabricated box beam.
