精益建设理论的实施与研究

摘要

The paper leads to the lean thinking,extends to the lean construction based on the illustration on the lean thinking,sums up the factual manifestation of the lean management in the constructing program process,researches the factual implementation method for the board-viewing management in the lean construction,and indicates the types,the utilities and mechanism for the board-viewing,and points out the problems in the board-viewing management,so as to realize the maximum of the value of the whole process of the constructing programs.%首先引入精益思想,然后由精益思想的运用引申出精益建设,列举了建设项目过程中精益管理的具体表现,研究了精益建设中看板管理的具体实施方法,并通过实例说明了看板的种类、用途和机能。最后,提出了实施看板管理时应注意的问题,以实现建设项目全过程的价值最大化。
