精益建设理论研究与进展综述

摘要

The paper indicates the diffusion process of the lean technique from the manufacturing industry to the architecture, illustrates the re-search orientation of the lean construction theory from the lean construction implementation, BIM coordinate application, application of program administration, and sustainable development, and sums up the research tendency from six aspects according to the insufficient theoretic develop-ment and research orientation, so as to provide some reference for the research on the lean management of construction enterprises and lean con-struction in China.%简述了精益技术从制造业到建筑业的扩散过程，从精益建设实施、BIM协同应用、项目管理应用和可持续发展四个方面阐述了精益建设理论的研究方向，并根据理论发展不足和研究方向总结了六个方面的研究趋势，以期为我国施工企业精益管理和精益建设研究提供借鉴。
