The paper introduces the general procedure for the anti-seismic evaluation for middle and primary schools,undertakes the trouble-shooting for the anti-seismic safety performance of middle and primary schools and dorms of Xianyang of Shannxi,has the assessment for its anti-seismic safety performance,and sums up the operation methods for the anti-seismic evaluation,so as to provide some reference.%介绍了中小学建筑抗震鉴定工作的一般程序，对陕西省咸阳市某区中小学校舍抗震安全性能进行了排查，并对其抗震安全性能做了评价，总结了抗震鉴定的工作方法，以供参考借鉴。
