基于高原环境下工程项目质量管理的研究

摘要

Starting from the drawback of the project construction under the plateau environment,this paper elaborates the importance of engineer-ing quality management under the established environment,analyses the potential incentives which lead to project quality problems under high al-titude environment,and on this basis,it proposes the quality control measures which aiming to more effective control of engineering project quality.%从高原环境下工程项目施工中暴露出的诸多弊病出发，阐述了既定环境下工程项目质量管理的重要性，分析了高原环境下引发工程项目质量问题的潜在诱因，并在此基础上提出了质量控制措施，旨在达到更有效的质量管理。
