反思中国城市封闭式住区

摘要

以封闭式住区在中国城市里大量涌现为背景，对其存在的合理性和产生问题的根源进行了反思，基于思考结合万科实践经验，对居住区规模的限定与封闭规模的限定进行了分析，提出了适合中国城市住区发展的思路模式。%Taking closed-tyoe settlement in domestic cities as the background,the oaoer considers its rationality and origin,carries out limited analysis on settlement scale and closed scale on the basis of Wanke oractice,and finally outs forward suitable domestic town settlement develoo-ment mode.
