建筑工程招投标中不合理中标价的原因及对策

摘要

This paper analyzed the reasons and countermeasures of unreasonable bidding price in construction engineering,and described the key factors affected the low bidding,to build early warning mechanism,raise awareness of fair competition,establishment of an open and transparent competition mechanism,promote the normative of bidding market.%分析了建筑工程中不合理中标价成因以及解决措施，并对影响低价中标的关键因素进行了系统阐述，以建立防预警机制、提高公平竞争的意识、建立公开透明的竞争机制，促进招投标市场的规范性。
