The paper introduces the features of the expansion soil, illustrates the working procedure of the channel excavation of the expansion soil and precautions in the construction, researches related measures for the filling-core pavement and edge covering construction of the soil, and points out it has better economic benefits with extensive application.%介绍了膨胀土的特性，阐述了膨胀土在挖方渠道中的作业程序及施工中的注意事项，主要对膨胀土填芯路基包边施工的相关措施进行了研究，指出膨胀土填芯路基具有良好的经济效益，应用前景广阔。
