混凝土轨枕企业发展与转型研究

摘要

针对混凝土轨枕企业发展存在的经济结构单一、原材料枯竭、设备老化、技术力量薄弱等制约因素进行了研究，结合当前我国铁路路网建设向西部地区倾斜的形势，指出转变混凝土轨枕生产模式，加强技术创新与全程质量监控，依托地理位置优势发展物流产业，实现企业转型升级，是混凝土轨枕企业缓解发展压力，适应今后生存发展与市场挑战的必然要求和明智举措。%The paper researches some constraints for the development of concrete sleeper enterprises, including single economic structures, ex-haustion in raw materials and weak equipment and technical strength, indicates the orientation of the railway network in China turns to the western areas, points out it is the necessary requirement and rational measure for the survival development and market challenge by transforming the pro-duction model of producing concrete sleeper, strengthening technical innovation and whole-process quality monitoring, developing the logistical industry based on the geographic advantages, and realizing the upgrading of enterprises transition.
