The concrete sleeper comprises a mounting device and a through bolt (6) which is plunged in the concrete sleeper by a through hole (7) having a recess (8) with an extended diameter at the lower side of the concrete sleeper. A nut (12) is inserted in the recess, where an abrasive sleeve (11) is inserted in the recess at the lower side of the concrete sleeper.
