加强工业管道安装质量管理的建议

摘要

通过分析管道布置的一般要求，对管道排列和管道安装工程的施工程序进行了介绍，从材料管理、支架安装、管道焊接、防腐、检验等角度探讨了影响管道安装质量的因素，并提出了施工全过程质控措施，以保证管道的安装质量。%According to the analysis of the general requirements for the pipeline allocation, the paper introduces the construction procedure for the pipeline sequence arrangement and its installation projects, explores the factors affecting the pipeline installation quality from the material man-agement, support installation, pipeline welding, anti-corrosion, and checking, and points out the whole-process quality control measures, so as to ensure the installation quality of pipelines.
