某非抗震设计大楼的抗震加固改造设计

摘要

以某医院住院部大楼的改造设计为例，通过对现有房屋的检测和鉴定以及经济性和工期等因素的分析，完成了对结构整体体系和框架梁、框架柱以及剪力墙等构件的加固设计，为我国早期非抗震设计结构按照现有规范要求改造提供了一些经验。%Taking the transformation design of a hospital inpatient building as an example, through the detection and identification to existing housing and the economy and construction time analysis and other factors, completion of the reinforcement design of structure overall system and frame beam, frame column and shear wall and other components, provided some experience for our early non seismic design structure made trans-formation according to existing specification requirements.
