Taking the tied-arch structure of the upper structure at Wushan Bridge of Zhangjiagang multiple track hip-lock project along Shenzhang Line as the background,the paper mainly introduces the construction scheme,craft procedure of the arch-rib hoisting,the assembling temporary framework,identification of hoisting points and quality control points of the arch-rib hoisting construction,so as to accumulate experience.%以申张线张家港复线船闸工程巫山大桥主桥上部结构系杆拱施工为背景，详细介绍了拱肋吊装施工方案，主要对拱肋吊装工艺流程、拼装临时支架、吊点确定等施工技术及质量控制要点进行了阐述，为同类工程积累了经验。
