Through the exploration of a explosion scene,this paper analyzed the dual disasters of explosion and this fire to a residential building, comprehensive evaluation of the safety performance of residents building structure member under dual disaster influence,and put forward the rein-forcement scheme of damaged structural members,to ensure that the safety of residential building.%通过对某爆炸现场的勘查，分析了爆炸及次生火灾对某居民楼造成的双重灾害，综合评价了居民楼结构构件受双重灾害影响后的安全性能，并提出了受损坏结构构件的加固处理方案，以确保居民楼的安全。
