关于房屋加固改造工程的实例分析与探讨

摘要

Combining with two housing reconstruction engineering examples,from the foundation,frame column,floor slab,load-bearing wall, concrete wall column and other aspects,this paper elaborated the reinforcement measures and technical key points in different parts of the hous-ing,in order to improve the safety and durability of housing structure.%结合两个房屋改造工程实例，从地基基础、框架柱、楼板、承重墙体、混凝土壁柱等方面，阐述了房屋不同部位的加固措施及技术要点，旨在提高房屋结构的安全性与耐久性。
