某矿工业车间纠偏及地基加固工程实例

摘要

Through the observation on the subsidence deformation situation of a certain building,this PaPer analyzed the reasons of uneven settle-ment,using the jet grouting Pile underPinning,small diameter root Pile enclose hooP reinforcement,and combining with the vertical drilling ex-clude dirt landing rectification method,comPrehensive reinforcement and rectification occurred uneven settlement building,gained ideal construc-tion effect and economic benefit.%通过观测某建筑物沉降变形情况，分析了其不均匀沉降的原因，采用旋喷桩托换、小直径树根桩围箍加固，并结合竖向钻孔排挤土迫降纠偏的方式，综合加固和纠偏已发生不均匀沉降的建筑物，取得了较为理想的施工效果和经济效益。
