谈太原市机动车污染及防治对策

摘要

利用太原市机动车排污量的统计数据、山西省和太原市成品油质量抽查及市区交通相关调查数据，依据机动车大气污染物排放清单编制指南等技术规范，分析了太原市机动车车型、油品硫含量、车速同污染物排放量之间的关系，提出了控制重型柴油车、加强油品质量管理和道路交通管理等方面的对策意见及推进机制，以尽快改善太原市的大气环境质量。%Applying vehicle diesel emission statistic data of Taiyuan city,petroleum products quality selecting examination of Shanxi province and Taiyuan city,and Taiyuan city traffic investigation data,according to vehicle air pollution emission guidance,the paper analyzes the relationship among Taiyuan vehicle style,sulfur content of petroleum products,vehicle speed and pollutant emission amount,and puts forward some counter-measures and promoting mechanism of controlling heavy diesel,strengthening petroleum products quality management and enhancing road man-agement,with a view to improve Taiyuan air environment quality as soon as possible.
