从“激进式发展”到“转型式发展”——转型期浦东新区总体规划修编理念探析及实践

Innovation-driven,transformational development is the only way to Shanghai to promote scientific development in the higher starting point.On this basis,the revision of the master planning of Pudong New Area should be actively seeking methods and concepts of urban planning in line with the transformation of urban development of new period.Based on the analysis of previous master planning of Pudong New Area under the guidance of the status and planning assessment.This paper explores the response and practice concept of Pudong New Area,and advances the concepts of ＂ one integration three adhere＂ to guide urban development.%创新驱动、转型发展,是上海在更高起点上推动科学发展的必由之路。在此基础上修编的新一轮浦东新区总体规划,应积极谋求新时期下符合城市发展转型、凸显城市规划创新的编制方法和理念。主要是对本次浦东新区总体规划修编的思考和总结,在对历次浦东新区总体规划编制和指导下的城市发展进行分析的基础上,结合浦东新区发展现状和规划实施评估,探讨转型期的浦东新区总体规划修编的理念应对和实践,并提出＂一融入、三坚持＂的发展理念,指导城市发展。
