空间拓展和重构并举的转型发展规划——浦东新区总体规划修编工作的一些思考

With the integration of former Pudong New District and former Nanhui District in May 2009, as the first comprehensive reform experimental district, Pudong New District faces the second opportunity of vitalization. In the new master plan, it is the key point to further carry out the national strategy, stick to the principle of coordinated development of Shanghai, provide more effective spatial guidance on the precondition of transformation development, and adopt more reasonable and effective mechanism of planning implement.%随着2009年4月原浦东新区和原南汇区行政区划合并,作为中国第一个综合配套改革试验区的浦东新区迎来了二次创业的契机.在新一轮总体规划修编中,关键在于进一步贯彻国家战略、坚持全市统筹,同时要在转型发展的前提下制定更加有效的空间引导策略,并采取合理有效的规划实施机制.
