以顾村大型社区为例,将人群分为购房户、市区拆迁户、农村拆迁户、租房户4类,通过问卷调查以及分类对比的方法,分析不同人群的就业地点、通勤距离、通勤时间、通勤方式等实际通勤特征以及就近通勤意愿、意愿通勤时间、通勤满意度等意愿通勤特征,并基于实际与意愿通勤特征结合的角度提出应对策略,从而为未来大型社区规划中进行就业岗位配置提供参考或依据。研究发现,大型社区居民基本实现居住-就业平衡,但从通勤意愿层面仍有改进空间;不同人群间在意愿及实际通勤特征上存在明显差异,但意愿通勤特征差异小于实际通勤特征。%By the case study of the Gucun residential district, Baoshan District, Shanghai, this paper using the method of questionnaire survey and comparison of classification to analyze the real job-choice ,including job-site, commuting distance, commuting distance time and commuting and job-willingness, including the nearby job-willingness, willing commuting time, satisfaction of commuting, of various classes of residents at Gucun, and from the respect of improving the commuting, this paper offer the suggestion of job arrangement of Gucun based on the balance of real job-choice and job-wil ingness. The research finds that, basical y, residents of Gucun realize job-housing balance although there is space to improvement for the reasonable job-willingness; and there are obvious differences among each class of residents both from real job-choice and job-willingness, however, the difference of real job-choice is quite more notable than that of job-wil ingness.
