村庄是村民的村庄，村庄规划应该有村民的全过程参与，然而在当前政府主导下的村庄规划编制与实施建设中却呈现出村民主体缺失的状态。以黔东南州从江县岜扒村为研究对象，其作为国家级传统村落具有规划编制后落地实施快的特点，因此研究成果具有较强的可检验性。通过借鉴国内外参与式规划的相关理论与方法，建构村庄参与式规划路径用以指导岜扒村参与式规划实践，并对实践中的不同境遇进行回顾，系统总结其中的经验教训，进而对参与式规划路径进行修正与完善，并提出当前发展阶段村庄参与式规划的特点、重点及难点，旨在为未来村庄参与式规划提供借鉴。%Village is the villagers’ village. The process of village planning should involve villagers, but in current village planning and implementation which is led by governments doesn’t present this principle. This article takes Bapa village as the research object, which is located in southeast of Guizhou Congjiang County. As a traditional village in China, it is featured with fast implementation after planning, so the research can undertake serious examinations. Based on related theories and methods about participatory planning at home and abroad, this article constructs the path to guide Bapa participatory planning practice, reviews different circumstances in the practice, and comprehensively summarizes the experiences and lessons from it. Further, this article revises and improves the path of participatory planning, and analyzes the characteristics, keys and dififculties in current stage, aiming to provide references for other village participatory planning in the future.
