中心城核心地区停车策略研究——以上海市黄浦区为例

摘要

停车问题是一个涉及交通、环境、安全、民生的社会问题,它已成为制约城市可持续发展的主要因素之一.城市核心地区是停车矛盾的主要爆发点,因此解决核心地区的停车难问题成为重中之重.以上海市停车设施规划策略研究为基础,重点分析了现状中心城核心地区的停车供需特点及成因.以上海市黄浦区为例,分区域、分类别地制定相应的停车调控策略,同时进行相关配套政策研究,为停车改善策略的研究和停车设施规划的落实奠定了基础.%Parking problem is a social problem involving transportation,environment,safety and people's livelihood.It has become one of the main factors restricting the sustainable development of cities.The core area of the city is the main outbreak point of parking contradiction.Therefore,solving the problem of parking in the core area has become a top priority.Based on the parking planning strategy in Shanghai,this paper focuses on the characteristics and causes of parking supply and demand in the core area of the central city.It takes Huangpu District as an example,working out regional and classified parking control strategies,and researching related supporting policies,which lays the foundation for parking improvement strategy research and parking facilities planning.
