A356铝合金轮毂铸造工艺的模拟研究

         

摘要

铝合金轮毂作为汽车轻量化的重要零部件,对其成形工艺和性能提出了更高的要求.采用ADSTEFAN模拟软件探索用液压机加压铸造的方法制造A356铝合金轮毂的最佳工艺.对比分析了不同模具温度、浇铸温度对铸件充型完整性的影响,并且预测了易发生缺陷的位置.结果表明450℃左右的模具温度,650~ 700℃的浇铸温度有利于充型完整.%Higher requirement was proposed on the forming process and the performance of the wheel hub which is an important part of light weighting vehicle. The optimum process of A356 alloy wheel hub manufactured with pressure casting was explored by ADSTEFAN software. The effects of mold temperature and pouring temperature on the integrity of mold filling were analyzed and the defects position easily appeared were also predicted. The results showed that the mold temperature of about 450 ℃ and casting temperature between 650℃ and 700 ℃ were beneficial to complete mold filling.
