连铸中间包通道式感应加热设备设计与应用现状

     

摘要

Due to heat loss more or less in the tundish during the casting process, the heat compensation from an external source should be important to keep the temperature fluctuation of the molten steel within a narrow limitation, which then could ensure the predetermined metallurgical effect of the given tundish. The development, role and principle of channel induction heating technique were systematically explored. Based on the detailed knowledge of the basic equipment configuration and functions, the key issues in design and application of the induction heating device for tundish were analyzed and discussed. It was pointed that a reasonable length of the heating channel and good flow ability of molten steel through the channel must be obtained under the limitation of an acceptable width of tundish for its required heating capacity. Then, the occurrence of the negative influence from the pinch effect of electromagnetic field should be avoided during the operation of the channel induction heater.%连铸生产中,钢水在中间包内存在不同程度的热损失,必要的外部热源是维持钢水温度稳定、保证中包冶金效果的重要手段.对中间包通道式感应加热技术的发展、作用和原理进行了系统阐述.在解析其基本设备构成与功能的基础上,对中间包通道式感应加热装置设计和应用过程中的关键问题进行了分析和讨论.研究指出,该包型结构设计与应用过程中,首先必须保证加热通道的合理长度以及通道内钢水良好的流动状态,以兼顾合理的中包宽度和加热效果;其次,还应避免通道式感应加热过程中箍缩效应负作用的发生.
