受原始坯规格或轧机能力限制,厚板轧制压下率不足将使轧制变形难以向轧件心部渗透,导致连铸坯原始内部缺陷难以消除、钢板组织粗化等问题,影响最终产品的质量.研究了通过控制轧制过程中的冷却工艺,实现温控和变形耦合的轧制工艺,旨在通过厚向大温度梯度轧制增强轧件的变形渗透性.重点研究了轧件厚向相同心表温差不同温度梯度条件对金属塑性变形的影响.%Due to the constraint of slab dimension and mill capacity,the rolling deformation is difficult to penetrate into core of thick workpiece with low rolling reduction ratio.So it' s hard to eliminate internal defects of billet and render the coarsening of internal structure of steel plate,which will not be beneficial to the quality of final product.The rolling process of temperature control and deformation coupling was realized by controlling the cooling process during rolling,with the purpose of enhancing the deformation penetration into workpiece by large temperature gradient rolling.It was mainly researched that the metal plastic deformation under the conditions of same temperature difference between outer and heart and various temperature gradients through out slab thickness.
