采用XRD、SEM/EDS和P-C-isotherm曲线等分析测试手段,研究了B、C和Si三种非金属元素对Ti-Fe-Mn合金储氢性能的影响.结果表明,在三种非金属元素中,Si可以显著提升合金的活化性能.Si的添加使得TiFe0.8Mn0.2Six合金中富Ti相和TiMn1.5Laves相的含量增加,从而提高了合金的活化性能.在TiFe0.8Mn0.2Bx和TiFe0.8Mn0.2Cx合金中形成的Ti2Fe相及TiC相使得合金的活化性能变差.但B和C的添加可以改善合金第一个吸氢平台的平坦度,这可能是由于Ti2Fe相和TiC相的形成消耗了合金TiFe相中固溶的Ti含量,从而增大了合金第一个吸放氢平台的斜率因子.三种非金属元素的添加均会导致合金的最大储氢量下降.%The effects of three kinds of nonmetallic elements such as B, C and Si on the hydrogen storing behavior of Ti-Fe-Mn alloy have been investigated respectively by XRD,SEM/EDX, and P-C-isotherm curve. The results showed that among the three additions, only the addition of Si remarkably improved the activation properties of the alloy, because the addition of Si made the amounts of Ti-rich phase and TiMn1.5Laves phase increased in the TiFe0.8Mn0.2Sixalloys. The Ti2Fe and TiC phases formed in the TiFe0.8Mn0.2Bxand TiFe0.8Mn0.2Cxalloys, deteriorated the activation process of the alloy, but improved the flatness of the first hydrogen absorption plateau, which was attributed to the decrease of the amount of Ti solid-solved in TiFe phase, thus increasing the slope factor of the first hydrogen absorption/desorption plateau of the alloy. The addition of three kinds of nonmetal elements led to the decrease of the maximum hydrogen storage capacity.
