上海某村居民健康素养认知与性别、年龄、文化程度的关系分析

摘要

目的：了解上海市郊张堰镇居民健康素养的知晓情况，分析影响因素。方法：采取分层整群抽样、问卷调查方式，分析居民健康素养认知与性别、年龄、文化程度的关系。结果：张堰镇居民的健康知识、健康理念、生活方式和行为知晓率与文化程度相关，与性别和年龄差异不大。结论：应针对不同文化程度的人群，提供通俗易懂、直观形象的健康教育方式，提高全人群健康素养。%Objective: To understand the awareness of the health literacy of the residents in Zhanyan Town in Shanghai and analyze the related factors. Methods:By stratified cluster sampling, questionnaire method was adopted to analyze relationship of awareness of health literacy with sex, age and education levels. Results:The health knowledge, health philosophy, lifestyle and healthy behavior knowledge were related with education. But there were no obvious difference from sex and age. Conclusion:According to the different people, the health education which is easy understanding, acceptable and visual image will be provided to improve the health literacy of the whole population.
