新桥镇2012年托幼机构缺课缺勤网络直报系统应用效果分析

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the application effect of Web-based direct network reporting system of children’s absence in kindergartens in diseases prevention and control. Methods: The effects of CKASSRS were analyzed since its establishment and application. Results:Report timeliness was 97.45%in 2012. In the kindergartens the main reasons of absence were due to fever and upper respiratory tract symptoms which accounted for 89.89%. Conclusion:CKASSRS plays a positive role in infectious diseases prevention and control in kindergartens.%目的：评价托幼机构缺课缺勤网络直报系统在传染病防控中的应用效果。方法：2010年9月至2012本镇范围内开展托幼机构缺课缺勤网络直报的16所幼儿园的相关资料，分析上报及时率、上报缺课率、缺课原因、与疫情相关性等。结果：本镇2012年度网络直报的及时率为97.45%；2012年托幼机构因病缺课的原因主要为发热和上呼吸道症状，占89.89%；网络直报与疫情的相关率为35.06%。结论：因病缺课症状监测网络直报系统对托幼机构传染病防控有一定效果。
