社区外来育龄妇女生殖道感染防治知识、行为及影响因素分析

目的：了解社区外来育龄妇女生殖道感染相关知识、健康行为及其影响因素,为干预提供依据。方法：采取整群随机抽样的方法,选择小东门街道部分居委,18~56岁外来育龄妇女228人为调查对象,分别进行妇科检查及问卷调查。结果：228位调查对象 RTI 的健康保健行为总分不理想,不同文化程度的被调查者在卫生习惯、健康检查、疾病治疗行为和保健行为总分方面有差异。结论：建议在外来育龄妇女人群中进一步制定有效的干预措施,提高她们的生殖健康水平。%Objective: To learn the related knowledge, behavior and influencing factors of the reproductive tract infections in the community migrant women of child-bearing age to provide the base for the intervention. Method: Using cluster random sampling method, 228 subjects age from 18~56 years old were selected in parts of Xiaodongmen neighborhood committee to give the gynecological examination and questionnaire survey. Result: The total RTI health care behavior score of 228 subjects was not very ideal. There was difference in scores of the health habits, health examination, disease treatment and health behavior in their different education levels. Conclusion: It is suggested that the further effective interventions should be made for the migrant women of child-bearing age to improve their reproductive health levels.
