基本药物配送企业电子监管政策实施情况评价分析--基于南京市的实证调研

摘要

目的：为我国药品电子监管政策的完善提供建议。方法：以南京市基本药物配送企业为实证研究对象，从执行情况与实施效果两大方面对配送企业电子监管的实行情况进行分析评价，并进一步探讨其政策原因，最终提出政策完善建议。结果与结论：我国药品电子监管政策在基本药物配送企业中执行程度较好，但实施效果并不显著，政府和企业尚需在技术开发、人才建设、终端监管等方面进一步完善。%Objective: To provide proposals for the improvement of drug electronic supervision policy of China. Methods:Based on the empirical data of essential drug wholesalers in Nanjing, an in-depth analysis including implementation and effects of the policy was presented and suggestions were put forward according to the problems found. Results &Conclusion:Drug electronic supervision policy had a good implementation in drug wholesalers, but the effect is not significant. Administrators and companies should promote this policy in terms of the technology development, personnel training, procedure regulatory and so on.
