2011-2012年住院患者抗菌药物使用情况分析

摘要

目的：了解2011年以来长宁区中心医院住院患者抗菌药物使用变化情况.方法：统计该院2011年以来每月住院患者抗菌药物使用率、使用强度、I类切口手术围术期预防使用抗菌药物情况，并进行分析.结果：住院患者抗菌药物使用率由2011年1月的60.20%下降到2012年9月的49.60%；住院患者抗菌药物使用强度由53下降到35；I类切口手术围术期预防用药比例由2011年6月的78.40%下降至2012年8月的42.60%；I类切口手术围术期预防给药时间≤24 h由2011年6月的16.10%上升至2012年8月的46.90%；I类切口手术围术期预防给药时间正确率一直保持在90.00%以上.结论：通过认真贯彻执行抗菌药物专项整治活动的规定，抗菌药物合理使用情况有了明显改善.%Objective:To investigate the changes of inpatients’ antimicrobial agents use in Changning district central hospital since 2011. Method:The utilization rate and intensity of the inpatients antimicrobial agents usage and preventive use for the class I incision perioperative were collected every month since 2011 and analyzed. Result:The utilization rate of inpatient antimicrobial agent usage dropped from 60.2%in January 2011 to 49.6%in September 2012, the intensity from 53 to 35 and the proportion of antimicrobial agent use for prevention in class I incision perioperative from 78.4%in June 2011 to 42.6%in August 2012. The percentage of administration time of antimicrobial agents≤24 h for class I incision perioperative increased from 16.1%in June 2011 to 46.9%in August 2012. The correct rate of administration time of antimicrobial agents for prevention in class I incision perioperative maintained at more than 90%. Conclusion:Rational use of antimicrobial agents has been greatly improved through seriously studying and implementing the regulation of the antimicrobial agent special rectification activities.
