芪蓉润肠口服液配合穴位按压对癌症化疗患者便秘治疗的临床研究

摘要

Objective: To observe the effect of Qirong Runchang oral liquid combined with acupressure on constipation in chemotherapy patients with cancer.Methods: The patients were randomly divided into an experimental group (n=41, treated with Qirong Runchang oral liquid combined with acupressure) and a control group (n=41, treated only with Qirong Runchang oral liquid ). The onset time, recovery time and the total efficiency of treatment were compared between two groups after intervention.Results: The total effective rate and the total efifciency were 75.7% and 95.2% in the experimental group, which were signiifcantly higher than 48.7% and 83.4% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The symptoms of constipation can be effectively improved with Qirong Runchang oral liquid combined with acupressure.%目的：观察芪蓉润肠口服液配合穴位按压对癌症化疗患者便秘的临床疗效。方法：将癌症化疗患者随机分为两组（各41例），试验组予芪蓉润肠口服液配合穴位按压；对照组予芪蓉润肠口服液。比较两组干预后的起效时间、恢复正常时间及治疗总有效率。结果：试验组总显效率75.7％，总有效率95.2％，明显优于对照组的48.7％和83.4％(P<0.05)。结论：芪蓉润肠口服液配合穴位按压，能更快、更有效地改善便秘症状。
