目的：探讨尼卡地平联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压的疗效。方法：选取2008年2月-2012年5月期间在我院确诊并治疗的妊娠期高血压患者106例，依据随机分配原则分为尼卡地平治疗组和对照组。对尼卡地平治疗组患者给予尼卡地平联合硫酸镁治疗，对对照组患者仅给予硫酸镁治疗。比较和分析两组患者的治疗效果以及分娩的新生儿结局和分娩时并发症发生情况。结果：治疗后，尼卡地平治疗组患者的收缩压和舒张压均显著低于对照组（P均＜0.05）；尼卡地平治疗组患者分娩的新生儿体重、胎盘重量均显著高于对照组，妊娠延长天数也显著长于对照组（P均＜0.05）；尼卡地平治疗组患者分娩时的并发症发生率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：尼卡地平联合硫酸镁治疗能有效降低妊娠期高血压患者的血压并改善新生儿结局，值得临床进一步研究。%Objective:To discuss the curative effect of nicardipine combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods:One hundred and six patients, who were diagnosed as pregnancy-induced hypertension and treated in our hospital from February, 2008 to May, 2012, were selected and randomly divided into a nicardipine group and a control group. Patients were treated with nicardipine combined with magnesium sulfate in the nicardipine group while only magnesium sulfate in the control group. The curative effect, neonatal outcome and the incidence of complications were analyzed and compared between two groups after treatment. Results:Systolic and diastolic blood pressure and the incidence of childbirth complications of patients were signiifcantly lower in the nicardipine group than in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). The placenta weight and neonatal body weight were signiifcantly heavier in the nicardipine group than in the control group and the prolong pregnancy days were longer in the nicardipine group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Nicardipine combined with magnesium sulfate can effectively reduce the blood pressure of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension, improve the perinatal outcome, and it is worth further clinical promotion.
