家庭医生更需要加强人文精神培养

The family doctors have played a positive role in enhancing the health level of the whole nation, promoting the orderly visits and improving the medical and health conditions and other aspects. Because of the particularity of their service mode, the family doctors should embody the more medical humanistic spirit in their service. This paper expounds the connotation and features of the humanistic spirit, the importance of training the humanistic spirit to the family doctors, and strengthening the training of the humanistic spirit through the methods of setting up the idea of the humanism education, optimizing the curriculum system, and strengthening the practice education and so on.%家庭医生在提高全民健康保健水平、促进有序就诊和改善医疗条件等方面发挥着积极的作用。家庭医生因其服务模式的特殊性，在工作中更应体现医学人文精神。本文阐述了人文精神的内涵和表现、家庭医生加强人文精神培养的重要性及通过树立人文教育理念、优化课程体系设置、加强实践教育等方式加强人文精神的培养。
