原发性胆囊癌是胆道常见恶性肿瘤，恶性程度高，发现时往往伴有肝脏转移，预后极差。掌握原发性胆囊癌的高危因素，对胆囊癌高危人群进行密切随访和筛选，可提高原发性胆囊癌的早期诊断率，对改善胆囊癌的预后有重大意义。%Primary gallbladder carcinoma (PGC) is the common malignant tumour in biliary tract and is associated with poor prognosis in patients with liver metastasis. It is important to understand the high risk factors of PGC, and closely follow up and screen the high-risk populations in order to improve the early diagnosis of gallbladder cancer and its prognosis.
