目的：对上海市各级各类医疗卫生机构的医学相关类人才需求现状进行调研分析。方法：采取多阶段PPS抽样调查法对全市100家机构进行问卷调查，包括招聘要求、未来需求以及新专业岗位需求量预测等内容。结果：用人单位对学历要求根据专业不同而不同，除“护理类”专业要求大专学历为主外（81.9%），“药学及相关类”、“医技类”和“卫生信息类”专业以本科学历为主（分别为61.9%、50.6%和65.0%），证书以“岗位职业资格证书”为主（81.5%）；对医学相关类人才的需求调查中，“护理类”、“药学及相关类”、“医技类”和“卫生信息类”的毕业生数量满足用人单位需求程度均以“基本满足”为最高比例，分别为37.8%、45.9%、43.4%和36.7%。“护理”、“医学影像技术”两个专业为“能够满足目前及未来需求的专业”和“未来打算招聘人数最多的专业”；对开设新专业（岗位）的意愿调查中，认为在上海应该开始的新专业中，“医学文秘”（41.4%），“公共卫生管理”（27.1%），“呼吸治疗技术”（22.9%），“医学生物技术”（21.4%），“卫生检验与检疫技术”（15.7%）占前5位；在目前已经设置和将来继续设置的岗位中，“医院后勤管理”，“医务社工”专业占前3位。结论：建议在培养规模、专业技能、专业定位、衍生新兴岗位的探索上立足创新，优化上海市医学相关类专业人才培养教育质量。%Objective:To investigate and analyze the current situation of the requirement of the medical related personnel of the different medical institutions at the different levels in Shanghai.Methods:With the multi stage PPS sampling survey method, 100 institutions were investigated with the questionnaire in the whole city, whose contents included the recruitment requirement, future needs and forecast of the new professional post demand etc.Results:The education levels which the employer units required varied with the different professions. Except for “nursing care” which mainly required the professional college degree (81.9%), the other majors of the “pharmacy and related classes”, “medical technology” and “health information” were given priority to with the bachelor degree (61.9%, 50.6% and 65%, respectively), and the certiifcates were mostly required to “the occupational qualification ones” (81.5%). In the investigation of the medical related professional personnel, the “basic satisfaction” that the requirement degrees of the “nursing care”, “pharmacy and related classes”, “medical technology” and “health information” whose graduates number could meet the employer units was the highest proportion which accounted for 37.8%, 45.9%, 43.4% and 36.7%, respectively. Both “nursing care” and “medical imaging technology” could meet the current and future requirement profession and were the largest number of the professional in the future intention to recruit. In the investigation for opening the new profession in Shanghai, the “medical secretary” (41.4%), “public health management” (27.1%), “respiratory therapy technology” (22.9%), “medical biotechnology” (21.4%), and “health inspection and quarantine technology” (15.7%) were considered as the top ifve proportions in the new professional which would start in Shanghai. The“hospital logistics management” and “medical social worker” accounted for the top three, which were set up in the present and would continue to be set up in the future.Conclusion:The recommendation in the exploration of the training scale, professional skills, professional orientation, and new derivative positions was based on the innovation to optimize the educational quality of Shanghai medical related professional training.
