家长绘制儿童生长发育曲线图的调查分析

摘要

目的：通过家长绘制儿童生长发育曲线图，以实时了解儿童的体格生长规律。方法：2012年4月至2013年6月，吴淞街道社区卫生服务中心儿童保健门诊对215名0~6个月儿童家长发放生长发育曲线制作图，并示范绘制方法，以指导家长实时了解儿童生长发育情况。同时发放215份问卷调查家长绘制儿童生长发育图的情况。结果：共收回问卷表194份，其中156名（80.41%）家长能熟练掌握绘制方法,127名（65.46%）家长认为生长发育曲线图对了解儿童生长发育有帮助，144名（74.32%）家长认为绘制方法方便。结论：通过家长绘制儿童生长发育曲线图能加强家长对儿童生长发育速度及方向的了解和增强育儿信心。%Objective:To know the regularity of the physical growing development of the children real time through the growing development graphs drawn by their parents. Methods:The growing development graphs were distributed to 215 parents whose children’s age was 0-6 months old and the drawing method was demonstrated to guide the parents to know their children’s growing development in the child health care outpatient clinic of Wusong Community Health Service Center. At the same time 215 copies of the questionnaire were distributed to the parents to investigate the drawing graph of their children’s growing development. Results:Totally 194 copies of the questionnaire were recovered, in which 156 parents (80.41%) mastered the drawing method, 127 ones (65.46%) believed that the growth graph was helpful for understanding the children’s growing development and 144 ones (74.32%) considered the drawing method convenient. Conclusion:The understanding of the parents to the speed and direction of the children’s growing development can be strengthened through the graph drawing of the growing development by their parents and their parenting conifdence can be enhanced as well.
