超声乳化白内障吸除术对青光眼合并白内障患者术后角膜水肿的影响分析

摘要

Objective:To observe the incidence of postoperative corneal edema for patients with glaucoma complicated cataract treated by phacoemulsiifcation, and to analyze the inlfuence factors of postoperative corneal edema. Methods:Fifty cases of patients with total 60 eyes were selected and the occurrence of corneal edema was observed within 1~3 d after operation. Results: The incidence of corneal edema was 21.67%. Univariate analysis showed that the incidence of corneal edema was related to age, lens nucleus hardness, diabetes, eye surgery history (P<0.05) while multivariate analysis showed that it was related to lens nucleus hardness, eye surgery history (P<0.05). Conclusion:Elderly, high degree of hardness of lens nucleus, diabetes, eye surgery history are the independent risk factors occurring corneal edema postoperatively.%目的：观察青光眼合并白内障患者行超声乳化白内障吸除术后角膜水肿的发生情况，并分析术后角膜水肿发生的影响因素。方法：选取2011年2月-2013年12月在我院行超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗的青光眼合并白内障患者50例（60眼），观察术后1～3 d角膜水肿的发生情况。结果：患者60眼中共发生角膜水肿13眼，发生率为21.67%；单因素分析显示，超声乳化白内障吸除术后角膜水肿的发生与患者年龄、晶状体核硬度、糖尿病史、眼部手术史相关（P＜0.05）；多因素分析显示，超声乳化白内障吸除术后角膜水肿的发生与晶状体核硬度、抗青光眼手术史相关（P＜0.05）。结论：高龄、晶状体核硬度程度高、合并糖尿病、抗青光眼手术史患者是超声乳化白内障吸除术后角膜水肿发生的高危人群。
