社区中医干预初产妇产后焦虑及抑郁的效果

摘要

Objective:To compare the effects of traditional Chinese medicine community intervention and routine postpartum interviewintervention to studythe effectiveness of community interventionof traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:FromJanuary2014 toSeptember2015450 caseswhose scoreof anxiety self rating scalewas≥ 50 pointsand score of Edinburgh postnatal depression scale≥9 points of primiparas,and according to the selected time, theodd number was selected intoa control group with 250 cases and given theroutine postpartum visit and the even number into anintervention group with 250 cases and given thetraditional Chinese medicine community intervention based the routine postpartum visit. The scores of anxiety self rating scale and Edinburgh postpartum depression scale were analyzed in 1 week, 2 weeks,1, 3 and6 months and the scores of anxiety and depression were compared between the intervention group and the control group before and after intervention of6 months.Results:There were signiifcant differences in anxiety and depression scores between the control group and the intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion:ThetraditionalChinese medicinecommunity intervention can reduce the symptoms of anxiety and depression of primiparas.%目的：比较中医社区干预与常规产后访视干预效果，研究中医社区干预的有效性。方法：选取2014年1月至2015年9月辖区内450例焦虑自评量表≥50分或者爱丁堡产后抑郁量表≥9分的初产妇，按入选时间先后，单数入对照组250例，给予常规产后访视，双数入干预组250例，在常规产后访视基础上给予中医社区干预。分析产后1周、2周、1个月、3个月和6个月时的焦虑自评量表及爱丁堡产后抑郁量表的得分；比较干预组与对照组干预前与干预6个月后焦虑及抑郁的得分情况。结果：对照组及干预组的焦虑量表和抑郁量表得分差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中医社区干预能够减轻初产妇产后焦虑及抑郁的症状。
