分析万能工具显微镜示值误差检定项目中的余弦误差,建立针对余弦误差调整方法的理论模型,经过软件模拟及实验验证均获得理想的测量结果,填补该领域的空白。%This paper analyzes the cosine error of universal tool microscope and sets up a theoretical model for the cosine error adjustment method. Ideal measurement results also have been gotten by the software simulation and experimental validation. The work of this paper fills the gap in the universal tool microscope testing field.
