毛细管白酒专用柱气相色谱法测定白酒中甲醇含量

摘要

This article is discussed for the content determination of methanol in Chinese Spirits by gas chromatography using the spirits special capillary column. It includes direct injection, processing temperature rising, using flame ionization ditector(FID) and quantification by external standard method. The results show that, based on the gas chromatography method using the spirits special capillary column and by direct injection, processing temperature rising, it has higher accuracy, fine separability, good precision, less time of analysis and more reliable results.%氢火焰检测器测定，外标法定量。实验结果表明，采用毛细管白酒专用色谱柱程序升温直接进样的气相色谱方法测定白酒中甲醇含量，准确度高、分离效果好、精密度高、重复性好、分析速度快。
