This paper introduces two types of power-substitution test, which is traditional measurement method and improved measurement method. Combining the standards’ requirements and practical experience and maintaining measurement accuracy the same level, this paper compares these two measurement methods, and finds out that the improved measurement method is faster and more efficient than the traditional measurement method. This will play a positive role in promoting the development of the industry and technological innovation and in improving the professional level and economic efficiency of the testing.%介绍标准规定的传统和改进的测量方法。理论与实际相结合,在测量准确度一致的前提下,比较两种测量方法的优缺点,得到了改进的测量方法比传统的测量方法更快速和高效的结论。对提高测量的专业水平和经济效益、促进行业的发展和科技创新都起到了一定的积极作用。
